Heidi – Office Manager
Owning a family dental practice has been a dream for Evan and I for a very long time! I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance at Houghton College in 2008. I spent 8 years specializing in agricultural finance and completed my Master’s degree in Personal Financial Planning and earned my designation as a CFP®. I have worked with a number of private companies in the area and enjoy teaching Master’s courses online.
My previous work experiences have allowed me develop valuable management skills to help me support the dental team however necessary.
My primary hobbies are running & horseback riding. Dr. Evan and I have two wonderful children, Caleb & Grace. As a family we love to hike with our black labs Calla & Lilly. We swim, run, and spend time outdoors as much as possible.
Diana – Insurance Coordinator
I have been in the dental field since 1996. My voice is familiar to many as I am one of the primary contacts at the office. I have been with this office since 1998 and am the go to person for all your dental insurance questions.
I have lived in the area for over 40 years with my husband Dan. I enjoy spending time with my family (especially my two grandsons!) and friends and I love knitting and crocheting. In my spare time I volunteer at functions for the Clarendon Fire Co. My most enjoyable relaxation is camping at Southwoods RV Resort as a seasonal camper.
Sherri – Patient Care Coordinator
I have been in the dental field since 2020 and have been coming to this office since I was a little kid. I mainly work at the front desk, but you may also see me in the back assisting Dr. Silsby. I love our amazing team and look forward to seeing and helping our patients.
I grew up and live in Kendall, NY. I have 1 beautiful daughter Kylie, and 4 beautiful step kids! My boyfriend Ben and I have 2 black labs Ace & Coal, along with a bunch of chickens. We enjoy spending time outside, camping, fishing, and seeing our Buffalo Bills play at the stadium. Go Bills!
Joni – Registered Dental Hygienist
Most know me from my nickname Joni. I graduated from MCC with my degree in dental hygiene and licensure in 2001. I returned in 2009 to become licensed to administer anesthesia. I have been practicing hygiene in Albion for over 20 yrs. I appreciate this small town and we have some wonderful families here and I’m proud to serve this community and see familiar faces! I strive to provide gentle yet effective care to my patients.
Along with my husband Ryan, we have two beautiful boys Caden & Carson. We enjoy vacationing in the winter and camping and boating in the summer. We love a good baseball game too. ( Red Sox fans!) I also enjoy gardening, spending time with my cats, and reading books in my down time
Ashley – Registered Dental Hygienist
I’ve been a hygienist in Albion since 2012. I moved here from East Central Illinois shortly after I graduated from Lake Land College in 2012 with my degree & licensure in dental hygiene. My husband is what brought me to the area. I’m also from a small town and this community welcomed me with open arms! We have triplets that keep us very busy!
Dental hygiene is my passion; I love developing relationships with my patients and look forward to seeing them year after year.
Outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors with my family. We love to fish, kayak, ride our side-by-side & take trips to our cabin in the Adirondacks.

Desirae – Lead Dental Assistant
I have been in the dental field since 2012. I strive to provide the highest level of patient care & comfort. I am proud to serve this community and look forward to growing my career with the Silsby Dental team!
I grew up and currently reside in Lyndonville, NY. I have two beautiful girls, Laina & Parker. You may know Laina as “The Lyndonville Rocket” as she races go-karts in the spring and summer months; she currently holds two track championships at Ransomville, NY. Parker is eagerly awaiting her turn to race and lights up at the sound of an engine! I enjoy spending my free time camping with family and friends, watching my kids play sports (especially football), and watching them rip around the track!
Amelia – Dental Assistant
I’ve been a Dental Assistant since 2023. I’ve lived in the Orleans County my whole life, so to be able to provide the utmost care to the community that raised and shaped who I am is truly an honor!
When I am not assisting with the Silsby Family Dental Team, I’m home chasing my twin toddlers, Calvin and Cole around.
I am so thankful to be a part of this team and I look forward to meeting you!
